Greg Spurlock
Chief Administrative Officer
Greg Spurlock's entire career has been focused on ancillary services, physician relationships, and facility planning. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of NeoSpine where he was responsible for surgery center development as well as the management of all architecture and construction related to the company’s spine surgery centers. From 2003-2004, Greg served as the Chief Executive Officer of Imaging One, LLC. For 3 years prior to that, Greg served as Executive Director of Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA), a 38-physician group with over 280 employees. During that time, he expanded MRI services at TOA, from one to three machines, producing over 6500 MRI scans annually. Greg is experienced in design, construction and management of outpatient facilities. From 1997 to 2000, he was the Executive Director of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, where in addition to managing the physician practice, he managed a full diagnostic center, including both CT and MRI. He also served as the Chairman of the Kerlan-Jobe Foundation for Orthopaedic Research, which managed the Sports Medicine Fellowship program. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the BONES Society from 1996 to 2003, serving as President in 2002-2003. From 1986 to 1997, Greg was a group practice Administrator in Richmond, Virginia.
